Professional Background
With over 15 years of experience in education, including leadership roles within SEND schools, I have worked extensively with children and young people with a wide range of needs.
As a qualified SENCO, I have in-depth knowledge of EHCP processes, safeguarding, behaviour, and effective SEND provision.
My experience includes supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs, as well as working closely with families, schools, and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
